| Eligibility Requirements: | Difficulty reading, writing and/or speaking English as a second language. Lived in Canada for more than 3 yrs; not eligible for LINC funding; not on student visa. |
| Demographic Restrictions: | 18 years of age and older. |
| Other Restrictions: | ESL students are not eligible for LINC funding. |
