| Description: | Offers youth 15-30 years old a 15-week Group Based Employability Skills (GBES) workshop plus a 6-week work experience. Seeks to empower youth, and supports connection with meaningful employment and engagement within their communities. Provides traditional modalities from business writing to resume building. Includes Life Skills, Financial Literacy, Job Development, Workplace Safety Issues (WHIMIS, First Aid/CPR), and Computer Literacy. Participants receive an hourly wage. |

| Eligibility Requirements: | Be out of school or work for the last 6 months and not EI eligible, in stable housing conditions, a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or refugee legally entitled to work in Canada. |
| Demographic Restrictions: | 15-30 year olds who face barriers to employment. |
| Geographic Restrictions: | Have a clean Criminal Record Check (in last 6 months with no court hearings pending), and provide 2 references. |
| Other Restrictions: | If applicable, disclose addiction record and authorize access to current counselors. |
